Basics of Primavera 101 Course
Introduction:
In this course, participants will receive practical training on Primavera's web-based solution. They will be introduced to key project management concepts and learn how to effectively assign resources, review and approve timesheets, make adjustments to project plans to accommodate schedule delays and resource allocation issues, and analyze portfolios.
Participants will also have the opportunity to personalize their "homepage" by customizing the Personal Workspace. They will utilize the Project Workspace to collaborate with team members, manage documents, and initiate project requests. Throughout the three-day course, there will be lesson reviews and interactive workshops to solidify understanding and apply the course material.
