Introduction:
The locations where offshore oil and gas facilities, including modules, platforms, and onshore petrochemical plants, are fabricated and constructed are characterized by high-risk activities.
These activities encompass tasks such as working at elevated heights, entering confined spaces, rigging and lifting operations, and performing hot work, among others. Additionally, the nature and magnitude of these hazards can vary, as well as the methods employed to execute and control them, in accordance with the specific standards and practices of each construction site.
